After discovering that her mother has lied about her birth to her estranged father, Summer (Ashley Greene) hits the road looking to meet the mystery man. Her only clue is a beat-up letter, postmarked from a small town called Massey. Once she arrives in the rural community Summer is rescued from an altercation with the law by a charming local handyman named Tom Hoxey (Peter Mooney). The couple quickly hits it off and heads back to the house Tom shares with his mother Gaia (Barbara Niven) for a night of casual sex.
